Exploratory Call
Our Talent advisors will reach out to you to discuss your career goals and interest in the role you have applied for. This call is an opportunity for you to ask questions and know more about the role, function and the company.
Interviews
We conduct a series of interviews to get to know you better. This may include phone screenings, and in-person or virtual panel interviews with team members.
Assessments
Depending on the role, candidates may be asked to complete technical assessments / aptitude tests or case studies to evaluate their skills and qualifications.
